This Configuration runs under the AWS Firewall. AWS has certification for compliance with ISO/IEC 27001:2013, 27017:2015, 27018:2019, 27701:2019, 9001:2015 and CSA STAR CCM v3.0.1.

V7 eliminates the requirement for Third Party Add On Applications. Comprehensive
Functionality provides an Integrated Total System.

For all Departments – Customer Contact , Business Execution and Follow Up service are
all provided by V7 Modules and all transactions are logged for review at any time.

V7 incorporates all the functionality to achieve this – whether in the Showroom with Lead
Capture – in Service with VHC or elsewhere – V7 is a Total Solution.

Delivering a range of Business Metrics – V7 enables the User to select from a library for
presentation and analysis over any time interval and from any time point. Data is
presented in Tabular or Graphic form – or both.

This Module delivers a set of Industry Specific KPI’s and DOC’s.

AutoView V7 includes Multimedia Communications capability which can be used in all modules. An HTML Template Designer is provided – with a varied set of predesigned layout templates which can be directly applied or enhanced by users. These templates contain pockets for video, image, text and tabular elements. This template library will be continually developed – enhancing and expanding the users marketing capability.

AutoView also provides mobile applications which can be used in conjunction with these templates to connect and interact in real-time with your customers. Users can provide e-links to your customers to allow them to directly book appointments in the workshop or to authorise additional work if required. Sales Executives can provide exciting, dynamic promotional material, whether photos or videos to accompany quotes and details on vehicles.

Users can also use these apps to promote the dealership, keeping your customers abreast of any developments and news that may interest them. Emails, texts etc are recorded, both outward and inward.

Customisable desktops are presented for each role in your dealership. V7 presents functional Desktops aligned to the role of the user. These provide immediate access to critical information. They also present live activity data such as Contacts Overdue, VHC Stages, Parts Orders, late Repair Orders and customers due.

These also contain user configurable menus systems with quick launch icons that allow instant access to frequently used functions.

Multiple Notifications are active and available for selection by the user. These will be presented on a PC or Mobile Device.

Inter departmental functionality and communications are embedded in the users desktops. Users are alerted and informed about relevant Activity such as Parts Ordering, eVHC Requirements, Appointments due, Sales vehicle preparation, Extra jobs arising in Workshop, and customer Communications. AutoView V7 ensures that departmental teams can work together as effectively as possible.

AutoView V7 allows any document to be scanned, photographed and/or uploaded into the system. Documents can come from multiple sources, e.g. Purchase invoices, signed Job cards, Finance & leasing documents etc. These documents are linked to the relevant transaction for instant retrieval. There is no longer any need to file and store these documents.

AutoView V7’s Business Intelligence component allows the user to analyse their business using customisable parameters. This component also allows for the production of KPI and DOC reports.
