V7 Accounts are built on a clear managed Chart. This Chart is rigidly hierarchical but provides the structures to produce departmental management accounts.
Management accounts are available in various formats using budget and comparative figures. The structure of the chart enables the presentation of accounts in the traditional Comparative format.
All Posting to V7 Accounts is real time. Accounts data is automatically reconciled and cleared where appropriate. A Cashbook Module provides for Daily Cash/Credit Card transactions and treats these so that all Allocations are done automatically.
The Accounts module is fully integrated with all Departments enabling controlled processing of Cash Received such as Showroom or Parts Deposits.
