This controls the recording of all contacts/quotes/orders. Allows management to record efficiency by branch/franchise/salesperson. Also allows for control of all campaigns, whether franchise or dealer generated. Emailing / texting facilities. Links to third party data providers e.g. Experian, HPl, CHC, Cartel.
The Showroom Desktop presents to the Sales Executive their open enquiries and the stages reached. Alerts show if Contacts or Tasks are overdue. Communications functionality is presented to enable Multimedia Email to be created in a standard format.
This can be used to provide media rich quotations and promotions directly from the Sales Executives desk.
A Remote PartX Appraisal system enables the customer to provide Vehicle Data in video and smart text format.
The Sales Manager is informed on his Mobile Device when an order is confirmed. The Showroom component creates and maintains a URL containing all necessary Stock data which is open to access by other sites in a motor dealer group.
