Overview
Vehicle Health Check
Directly integrated to the AutoView parts and workshop system, AutoView VHC reduces double entry and user error. Once a job is created within AutoView, it (optionally) creates a VHC list.
The vehicle is checked by the technician who can then write up the e-Repair Order directly on his tablet with additional notes, suggestions etc. Any additional work/parts are highlighted and can be priced. Using the AutoView multimedia App, a traffic light report can be emailed/texted to the customer along with photos and videos of highlighted faults. This App allows the customer to authorise/diarise or decline the work.
VHC reports/photos/videos can be sent to the customer to aid in the “up-selI” process. Any future work can be diarised and will be recalled later. “Up-sell” reports can be generated to indicate additional work achieved. Any work that is authorised can then be automatically added to the workshop job.
