Simplify Sales admin & Stock management
The Sales Function is Integrated with the Showroom and orders taken are automatically presented on the Sales Desktop for invoicing where the order can be viewed and changed if necessary.
The V7 vehicle Configurator will import Manufacturer Data and various third-party lookup services are available from which vehicle data can be directly and easily imported. Profitability data is always available, and each deal is analysed to show recoverable and non-recoverable items.
Isolated costs or sales are highlighted. Vehicle debt is monitored and presented until completely cleared.
AutoView provides detailed control of all vehicle costs and profitability. Easy to use control processes allow for error correction, reversal of deals etc. lnterbranch transfers available for multibranch sites. AutoView provides in depth deal analysis, salesperson analysis and much more.
The Sales Manager is informed on his Mobile Device when an order is confirmed. The Showroom component creates and maintains a URL containing all necessary Stock data which is open to access by other sites in a motor dealer group.
