The Parts Desktop notifies the Parts Manager regarding requirements as they arise – whether from appointments due, VHC Workshop Requests, Sales Orders or Stock Depletion.
All of these are unified on the Desktop enabling the manager to merge into Purchase Orders.
Isolated costs or sales are highlighted. Vehicle debt is monitored and presented until completely cleared.
These orders are then monitored, and receipts are presented according to their various sources. Notifications will inform both parts and service personnel regarding receipts, including delays in parts arrival etc.
